Ugh, I just hate it

I love my children but I HATE, LOATHE, being pregnant! It is that time again to think about our family growing...I really need a surrogate to carry my children for me! Just the thought of throwing up all day every day for 9 months, ugh. Then the water retention, weight gain, awkward size, lack of energy, many late night trips to the bathroom, another C-sections, yeah I am already complaining and I am not prego. Then I think of that sweet baby and it makes it all worth it...I just wish it didn't last so long...wouldn't 7 months be perfect...then I would never reach the size of a house. I am almost mentally prepared to do it again...almost!

I love it when they talk...

Connor is now attempting to use the large vocabulary that has been completely gibber jabber until now. His first words were "ma-ma" and "da-da" which he uddered months ago, but now he knows "chips", "milk", "uh-oh", "no-no", "brother", "pease", "bath", "potty", "picture", "dog" and he is trying more everyday! It seems to me that Connor is talking sooner than Preston but maybe it is my imagination. I love when they start talking and communicating. He knows many words and what they mean, I can ask him to do or get something and he knows what I am referring to, I love watching their little minds think. My favorite word he knows is somersault, he bends over and gets in a position for assistance in helping him roll-over. It is soo cute!
Preston started in Sunbeams this year, I can't believe I have a child in Primary, how did this happen??! He loves it, yesterday Jim took him into Primary, he sat down and said, "see you soon dad, have a nice class dad." I am so thankful Preston has always been comfortable in Primary and Nursery...it is so hard to see many little ones crying for their parents. I am so glad that isn't my child...yet! Preston has always said the sweetest prayers, there is nothing as sweet as a childs prayers, they are definitely a perfect ending to a long day. There are so many things to be thankful for, my family is my greatest joy and blessing!

New ideas for Etsy

Since the winters here seem to last forever...I have been trying to brainstorm up some ideas for my Etsy store. My stockings are completely a seasonal item, so I have been trying to come up with some fun ideas that are more year-round items that I can sell. After the stress of the holidays and stockings orders last year, I vowed to make them year-round so I was well prepared come the holidays. Unfortunately I am a little burnt out on stockings and need something else to work on until I can bring myself to look at stockings again. My idea is for baby gift sets, baby shower gifts, or just personalized baby gifts. I have some things in the works and will post pictures as I get them completed...I am hoping they are winners! At least my sewing/crafting keeps me sane during these long snow days. I will post pics this week.
