I am getting my baseball team...

Well it is no secret that when I found out I was pregnant with Preston I right then and there prayed that I would have all boys. We just found out we are having baby boy #3 and we are so excited! I have never been a girlie girl and feared the drama and emotional roller coaster of having girls. I definitely am not patient with drama, am not into make-up, dress-up, and barbies. So maybe its a good thing I asked for all boys in the beginning! Don't get me wrong you can't help but want a girl...and experience being a mother of both. Everyone tells me I NEED a girl...and that boys are crazy! I guess when all you know is boys, you don't know any different. Now the older and wiser women tell me that boys are much easier and I should feel very blessed to never experience raising a teenage girl...which most fathers recall as hell on earth!

I have always enjoyed the boys and rarely had any close girl friends, I always hung with the boys, I love the outdoors, motorcycles, and playing hard. I really wanted a girl more for Jim so he could experience that Daddy/Daughter relationship. He claims he is okay without it, he didn't want to have to kill anyone so not having a girl eliminates that worry, lol. Well there you go, my confessions of why I may be a better mom to boys and my fears of having a girl. Many of you are thinking this my not be our last since we didn't get a girl...well...we are still planning on not having anymore...but will make sure it is the right choice before we make it permanent. Thank you to all our friends and for the many congrats! :)

It's easy to say I don't want any because I don't have any...it is my attempt to not be bummed even a little... ;)
